The Sip House concept is a refreshing approach to the local hand craft beverage house, oferring visitors a place to 'sip, relax, and enjoy'. All coffee by the cup is prepared with a French Press and visitors have the oportunity to sample each brew comparitively. Six months earlier, Monika Firl (producer relations, Cooperative Coffees) brought us a green coffee sample from a small producer group she just met while traveling in El Salvador.
