Co-Owner, Conscious Coffees
Kim Lamberty is the Co-Founder and President of Just Haiti, a fair and direct-trade coffee company that partners with associations of small-scale coffee growers in Haiti to improve their quality and yield as well as to provide access to the fair-trade coffee market in the U.S. She is also Director of University Engagement for Catholic Relief Services where she oversees a national program to engage students and faculty in social justice and global solidarity initiatives. Kim has been developing and directing social justice programs for nearly thirty years and has accompanied vulnerable communities and human rights workers in Haiti, Colombia, Palestine, Guatemala, the U.S.-Mexico border, and the former Soviet Union. She is the author of a book and multiple articles on accompaniment, solidarity, and international development. Kim brings her experience and worldly expertise to Conscious Coffees and is excited to partner with her brother and sister-in-law in growing this great company.
