Proper Brewing

The preparation of brewed coffee is equally as important as growing, harvesting, processing, and roasting.

Unlike preparing a glass of wine (ie: open a bottle and pour), coffee needs to be ground, measured, and brewed by the final consumer.  All these steps require a protocol that, when followed with precision, will guarantee you as close to a "perfect" cup as possible.  Generally, when a reputable roaster identifies a coffee via flavor descriptions (ie: blueberry, chocolate, jasmine, etc.) the only way we can taste these characteristics is through the proper preparation protocol.

When we commit to this protocol, we begin a new relationship with coffee that expands our sensorial horizon to destinations previously unattainable.  Above we've provided guidance to help you prepare and enjoy coffee at home.
