They provide technical assistance, micro credit, final milling, and market access to their members.  As we continue to seek community level, direct relationships for long-term partnership, CECOCAFEN provides us with a solid fair trade, certified organic link to these luscious SHG (strictly high grown) coffees.  Balanced and sweet with medium acidity and very light earthiness up front, this coffee is best through a manual pour-over or drip brewing.
