Honoring a long-term relationship with a specific producer group means that we buy their anual harvest each season.  From year to year these coffees take on unique characteristics, called terroir, that are bestowed upon them by the farm location, soil, weather, and farming methods used. Each season we disect the new crop arrivals by exhausting every possible roasting technique. We roast the coffee many different ways in the initial trial stages before determining the ultimate profile which highlights the coffees signature character and ultimate seetness. 

The coffees in this section are narrowed down first by country, then by region, and further by the Cooperative that produced it. Click on the links to the left to start the journey through the remarkable coffees available this season.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Every Tuesday and Wednesday we roast our coffees, and then ship orders on Wednesdays. We roast to order to ensure our customers extremely fresh coffee. We will ship orders as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee same-week shipping for orders placed after 2pm EST on Monday.
